I've read in a diabetes-oriented website that it's not healthy to have fish in one's diet on a daily basis. This, of course, took me back to my grade school years of having to stare at the food pyramid one too many times. The info had stuck with me since. And it's come in handy now that I'm an adult and forced to eat out every single day with my work schedule.
Ever since my graphic designer friend informed me two years ago that Kenny Roger's Roasters would shift to a healthier selection of chicken choices, I immediately anticipated the addition of fish. And I was right. This is why I would always visit the restaurant at least once a month just for the Grilled Fish Fillet. It's not really a budget breaker at P150+ because some people are willing to pay for fast food crap for the same price. Besides, Kenny's Grilled Fish Fillet brings it home with corn and carrots as siding.
