Most mall-based restaurants nowadays offer the same type of dish. If there's even a variation in the serving, it's not something so distinct. An example is the very predictable pork chop. Fortunately, Almon Marina has a version called Stuffed Pork Chop that caught my hungry eyes. The meat chop is generously stuffed with cheese, apple slices, herb and spices. For P185, this pork cut variety is quite memorable and worth tearing into.
